About Me

My photo
My name is Dion Williams (A.K.A. Fuzzy Machine). I find my self kindled by the fashion, music and life style of the average industrialist. I leaned onto this life style, just to give it a peak and I found my self being swallowed whole. I know this is where I belong. And I know this is where I'll stay. So that I am, amongst the many, just another RivitHead.

The Diary Of A RivitHead: Midi Gehtto: 5/4/2010

MiDi GheTTo Tour: 2010, June 4th, El Corazon
Took me a long time, 3 months to be exact, until I finally got the money to go to this show. It seemed every time I got the money to go, I had to spend it on something else that happend to be important at that time. So.. Heres the show.

Slave Unit, The first band of the night. I couldn't get into them. It seemed as if they just got worse and worse, up until the last song, which was decent, but still sucked. I think The singers voice was too loud and clouding the general music the band was creating. I think the best thing the band had was the pre-recorded drumbeats/electronic sounds, even that was a little dull.

Stiff Valentine, when the aproced I didn't think they would sound as great as they did. the crowd was small but it was still an amazing prefomance. the dual vocals where cool. And I really enjoyed they over all sound.

Pill Brigade, I think it was a year back or so when I heard of them, and I didn't pay much attention to them. The show the put on was pretty good though. they happend to be verry energetic and even had a dancer on the stage with them. They even did a nice cover of sex and violence.

Left Spine Down.. I can say I don't like their studio albums, but I love seeing them live. They are so energetic, running through the bar and crowd. they played one of the only nirvana songs I enjoy, territorial pissings (started a huge pit). they seemed well organized with what they where playing, and I wish I got some pics of them using the megga phone, but I was bussy wtching to even think of doing so.

Chemlab.. I am so in love with them. The show they put on last night was brilliant and the crowd just seemed to love every moment of it as well. 50 year old Jared Louche was pulling out his hair, slapping himself in the face, and failing/jumping around like a 5 year old having a tantrum. The profomance was memorible.

16 Volt, They put on such an amazing show, but for some reason it seemed short. Maybe I just caught a secound wind and had some kind of adrenoline rush, but there was defenetly more moshing durring their show then the others.

So I managed to snag a picture with jared. Very proud of it. This cat was macking on a girl probably a 3rd of his age and doing very well. He got her blushing and kissed her up the arm. I was standing next to the guy as he was doing it, she was on the stage before Pill Brigade whent on. I could only wish I had the balls he does to talk to women.
Heres the girl..
